Healthcare and recreation:

The healthcare and recreation programme offers users FREE low impact aerobic exercise, nutritional advice and healthcare support. Service is available to all members of the community. Personalised plans for exercise, diet and nutrition are available after consultation. Consultation sessions are held on the last Tuesday of every month.

Qualified instructors from Morley College, Health and Exercise department run mixed aerobic classes, every Tuesday. An increasing number of GP referred patients benefit from this service and experience enhanced mobility and general wellbeing.

To enable parents and carers to participate freely in the session, a Crèche service is provided for children aged 2+ years. We take health seriously, so if you want to achieve a healthier lifestyle, work away the day's stresses or simply lose weight, you are always welcome.

Fee
The cost of each aerobic session is now FREE. It was previously £12 per quarter.
